The 'New' Taurus Gym

The 'ALL NEW' Taurus Gym is now open !
This now includes 200sq metres of matted training area. Including boxing ring and a permanent bag work area. Shop,Changing facilities and toilets. Plus all the necessary equipment for training in full contact combat sports.
Members now have access to the gym to use during all opening hours. Not just when their class is on.
With the additional option of a full membership to the attached 'The Engine Room' strength and fitness centre. Located downstairs in the same building.
Giving us the ability to cater for all your Martial Arts and fitness needs in one great facility.
As well as MMA, Muay Thai/K1 kickboxing, Boxing and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. We now offer BoxFit classes with our fully qualified instructor, Tracey Counter. As well as different types of Yoga classes.
Also juniors boxing classes with our ABAE qualified coach. As well as our very successful juniors kickboxing.
