On November 23rd 2013, Throwdown UK returns to Plymouth Guildhall for its 4th and only show of its kind!
THROWNDOWN UK 4 will showcase an excellent line up of MMA, Thai Boxing and K1 competitions, packed with action and entertainment it is definitely not to be missed!!
There will also be a silent raffle and donations to raise money forJemma from Radio Plymouths' St Lukes Hospice Machu Picchu Challenge 2014!
