Reeves and Orme win big at Devastation MMA !!

On Saturday night Greg Reeves and Aaerion Orme both won in clinical fashion in Taunton.
Aaerion Orme was first up in his mma debut.
After an initial breif exchange of punches Orme pressed his opponent Dan Lougheed of SBBA against the cage and secured the takedown. Most of the round was then spent with Orme on top dishing out some G+P and battling for position while his opponent tried to get up.
Eventually with approx 30secs left in the round Lougheed managed this.Only to be secured in a tight standing guillotine by Orme who proceeded to pull guard and secure the tap out with an arm in guillotine, for his first mma victory !


Main event of the evening was Greg Reeves vs James Mullady in a 3x5min pro rules bout.
Reeves original opponent Patrick Blight of Belfast had pulled out a week before the fight with a foot injury. So Devastation mma came up with a last minute relacement who was swiftly dealt with.
After a slow first 30 secs of round 1 and after receiving a few low kicks to wake him up Reeves suddenly sprang into life with a crushing right hand that sent his opponent reeling backwards to the floor ! Immediatly jumping on his downed man against the cage and unleashing some vicious G+P to finish the job !
