Bristol Show
Mixed results at the show in Bristol at the weekend.
Mike Brent fought a great fight against a strong irish opponent at short notice and out of his weight category.
Mike was just too clever and won all 3 rounds to take a unanimous victory.
Greg Reeves also produced a top performance against a far more experienced fighter in only his 2nd bout.
In our eyes and everyone else in the rooms Greg won clearly by at least 2 rnds to 1 if not all 3. However some how the judges saw this one differently and gave a draw !!!
Chin up though Greg , you know you won and we will do our best to get the rematch.
Last up was Ronnie Haynes in a tough fight with the experienced Ben Heap from chippenham. This was a war . Which was not our gameplan . When Ronnie settled and started to kickbox he was in control but too often got caught in a scrap which was hard to judge . Resulting in a split decision loss.
Well done to all the fighters and thank you to everyone who came to support . And Clint and Rob for cornering .
